Commercial Sales Rep – East London Our client in the Medical Industry is seeking a skilled individual for a Commercial Sales Rep role. A wonderful career opportunity awaits you. Requirements: Minimum Grade 12.Relevant post grade 12 qualification in sales will be advantageous.3 years' previous working experience within a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).Familiarity with market research techniques to identify potential customers.Code 08 license and own transport.Strong knowledge of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced sales environments and to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a flexible, challenging sales environment.Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.Good time management skills.Ability to work independently as well as within a team.Must be detail-orientated and work proactively and effectively with minimal supervision.Understanding of sales/marketing/operations/buying/telesales and merchandising is ideally required.An understanding of numbers and accounting calculations.Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Outputs: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and building a robust sales pipeline, expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations to discuss their needs and propose suitable business solutions through the company.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company targets and expand the commercial client base.Product objective: Deep understanding of the company's products and services and communicate their value to potential customers.Negotiation and Closing: Handle the full sales cycle, including negotiations, contract discussions, and closing deals with customers.Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.Market Analysis: Stay informed regarding industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.Reporting: Track sales performance, pipeline status, and key activities using CRM tools, and provide regular updates to sales management.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, operations, and customer success) to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs.Training and Support: Provide training to business users on how to utilize BI tools and interpret data insights effectively.Forecasting and Trend Analysis: Aid in predictive analysis and forecasting, using statistical tools and data modeling techniques to support business planning.Inputs to be used to achieve these outputs include: Everyday Savings.Wise buys.All promotions.Data update forms.Electronic sales report (XpRep).Franchise documents.Account application documents.Consequences that come through achievement of the outputs include: Customer satisfaction.Professional and efficient company image.Increase in Top Line.Enhance understanding of membership.Share movement.Increase in Franchise membership.Please note should you not receive a response within two weeks of applying you may assume that your application was unsuccessful.
