Job Description Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries promptly and accurately.Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.Provide detailed information about products and services, including pricing, availability, and features.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner.Sales and Promotion: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure data accuracy.Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.Participate in training sessions and team meetings.Share feedback and suggestions for process improvements.Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.Monitor and maintain call quality, ensuring a positive customer experience.Qualifications: Matric and recognized FSCA qualification.Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach.RE Qualification.Key Competencies: Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.Sales Orientation: Strong sales skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.Problem-solving: Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle various customer scenarios.Closing Date: 04 October 2024
