Job Description Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries promptly and accurately.Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.Provide detailed information about products and services, including pricing, availability, and features.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner.Sales and Promotion: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.Upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing customers.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure data accuracy.Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.Participate in training sessions and team meetings.Share feedback and suggestions for process improvements. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.Monitor and maintain call quality, ensuring a positive customer experience.
