Description of Role:New Business Development by means of canvassing and networkingConstant and proactive mining of a large and constantly updated leads database.Arrange viewings with Landlords and prospective TenantsIntegrating your day-to-day role with the Global Corporate Services Team & Auction Team to streamline the interaction between the divisionsUpdating of internal CRM systemUpdating online platforms when marketing any stockTimeously communicate with prospective clients that have made inquiriesConduct and manage the interaction between the parties of a transaction with integrity and professionalism in order to establish a successful outcome and to maintain good relationshipsDraft and complete legal documentsBe regarded as an area specialist broker which includes growing and maintaining relationships with the respective landlords and tenants within the given areaManage and control a lease expiry database within your team to ensure that you are the first point of contactAdhere to and remain inquisitive about industry best practicesRemain knowledgeable about property values and valuations within your areaRequirements:Matric level or equivalent educationOwn vehicleValid driver's licenseAdditional Benefits:a) The following will be for the company's expense:
