What you'll do: Utilise your existing industry network to secure property opportunities in the Industrial Sector nationallySource and lead generation for development of warehouses within the Property Market (Industrial and Logistics Sector)Presentation of leasing options for new developmentsCompile presentations to prospective tenants using strong commercial knowledgeMaintain strategic relationships with tenantsSource and articulate market intelligence/data, ensuring updates/trends in the Industrial Warehousing space pertaining to Logistics are timely brought to the businessWhat you bring: 5 - 10 years relevant experience within the Industrial Property sectorStrong, active existing industry networkExperience working with the broker communityStrong commercial/industrial and legal backgroundRelevant property knowledge and strong marketing skillsBCom Degree at minimum is non-negotiableEffective leadership skills with a coaching and mentoring approachExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsWhat sets this company apart: Our client is renowned for their commitment to excellence and their innovative approach to the property market.
