Growth of seller and buyer database in targeted region/areas;Promote auction platform as optimal property disposal solution to sellers and buyers;Develop networks and co-operate with parties that could refer properties to auction;Sourcing and securing of mandates;Promote mandated properties to the market and register buyers to bid at auction;Continue to enhance knowledge about real estate segments and best practices.
