Key Responsibilities:Retail Property Management: Hands-on experience in managing retail property assets.Tenant Relations & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, focusing on high tenant retention.Rent Collection: Responsible for timely and accurate collection of rent payments.Property Maintenance: Oversee property upkeep, ensuring all maintenance needs are met.Occupancy & Tenant Sourcing: Work to maintain full occupancy and actively seek new tenants when needed.Lease Agreements & Legal Documentation: Handle lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements.Requirements:Matric Minimum 3 years experience as a commercial property administrator or in a similar roleAdvanced Excel SkillsDetail-Oriented Under Pressure - Meticulous and work well under a pressure to complete tasks requestedMathematical Proficiency - Strong mathematical skills.
