Bachelor's Degree in commerce (Essential)
Post graduate qualification (Essential)
Successful track record of strategy development and implementation
10+ years of experience in a senior management and/or commercial management role
Experience in managing relationships with key clients
Poultry value chain experience/understanding will be advantageous but not a pre-requisite
Willingness to travel nationally and to work in a poultry farming environment
