Commercial Manager - Eastern Cape - Construction

Hire Resolve's client is currently looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team for a SANRAL project in the Eastern Cape, South Africa.
The Commercial Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial and commercial aspects of construction projects in the region.
You will be responsible for ensuring profitability, cost control, contract management, risk assessment, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of the construction industry, excellent financial acumen, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
