Commercial Manager - B2B Experience (POS24291)
Location: Boksburg of Edenvale
Salary: R 25,000 to R 35,000 per month plus commission
Position Overview
Primary focus is to drive sales through added value – technical support, solutions, service, etc. The successful candidate will manage 4 to 6 salespeople (KPI and Target), as well as 2 Support Technicians (Sales Engineers).
Experience & Education

Matric
Min 3 to 5 years experience as Area or Team Manager, leading a team to reach sales targets
Experience in the electronic B2B space that sells to multiple dealers/resellers
Business Development and Key Account Management experience will be a bonus
Affinity for technical products and solutions
Experience in either Security Distributors, Electrical Wholesales, ICT Distributors, related sectors, fire protection, security technology, or ICT industry will be given preference

Duties and Responsibilities

Taking responsibility for the financial management of projects.
Recognising business opportunities.
Putting together bids to win new business.
Negotiating and agreeing contracts.
Strategically expanding, preserving, or improving company procedures, standards, or policies.

Included but not limited to only duties as mentioned above.
