Commercial Management Accountant

COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT Are you inquisitive and enjoys analytical type work?? Confident and independent person who is a fast learner? This role is for you Reporting to the Divisional Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following (amongst other duties): Assisting DE with cost and sales analysis and reports Preparing forecasting estimates Preparation and analysis of various monthly Sales Reports and Sales Estimates Preparation of Costings and Maintaining all costing data on the system Month end schedules and reports on various costs, margins etc Preparation of and continuous improvements on key management statistics in the business (R/kg, throughput, number of wage heads) Assist DE with preparation of annual budgets Assisting the Divisional Executive and Team with ad hoc assignments Minimum Requirements: B Com/B Compt degree (with accounting subjects) or completed CIMA minimum Bcom Honours (Finance or Accounting Honours) advantageous Minimum 2 years work experience in a cost accounting role ( Incumbent must have solid Cost/Management Accounting experience in a Manufacturing environment ) Manufacturing management accounting experience SAP experience will be beneficial Advanced Excel and Microsoft office essential
