Company OverviewOur client is a leading Oil and Gas EPCM firm renowned for delivering high-quality engineering and management solutions across the Middle East.
They are seeking a skilled Lawyer with expertise in labor, employment, and commercial law to join their legal team and provide strategic support across diverse operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Consultation:Provide specialized legal advice on labor, employment, and commercial law matters.Assist internal and external stakeholders in understanding and adhering to applicable laws and regulations.Dispute Resolution:Effectively manage legal disputes, including negotiations, settlements, and arbitration.Represent the company in legal proceedings to safeguard its interests.Legal Documentation:Draft, review, and submit legal documents related to labor, employment, and commercial cases.Ensure the accuracy and compliance of legal documentation with current laws and regulations.Compliance Advisory:Advise clients and company leadership on compliance with local and international labor and commercial legislation.Monitor changes in the legal landscape and provide actionable insights to mitigate risks.Continuous Learning and Development:Stay updated on legal trends and emerging laws in labor, employment, and commercial sectors.Analyze the potential impact of legal developments on the company and its clients.Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of proven legal experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas or EPCM industries.Expertise:Strong knowledge of labor, employment, and commercial laws in the Middle East.Hands-on experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, and legal documentation.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.Key AttributesHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.A collaborative team player who can also work independently.Adaptability and a strong sense of professional ethics.What's On OfferCompetitive remuneration package.Opportunity to work with a market leader in the Oil and Gas industry.A dynamic and supportive work environment with avenues for professional growth.Expatriation Benefits Apply (Relocation, VISA's, Allowances, Medical Insurance)  Please note that by submitting your personal information to Deka Minas you free-willingly issue the business consent to make use of such data for the specific purpose of securing you either permanent or temporary employment.
