Job Description: Commercial Insure Adviser The Commercial Insure Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting the Advisors within a dynamic financial services environment in Plettenberg Bay.
This position focuses on both personal and commercial lines of business, providing the ideal candidate with the opportunity to develop their skills and grow within the insurance industry.
In this role, the Commercial Insure Advisor will be responsible for gathering policy information and compiling comprehensive summaries to assist in the application and quotation processes.
They will handle new applications and respond to client inquiries, ensuring that all existing business queries are addressed efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Arranging appointments between Insure Advisers and clients to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.Managing administrative documentation and maintaining detailed records to ensure compliance with service level agreements.Building and nurturing strong working relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Overseeing policy renewals and ensuring timely execution.Requirements : The ideal candidate will possess a Grade 12 qualification and be computer literate, proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
They should have successfully completed the RE 5 Examination (Representatives) and hold or be pursuing an NQF Level 4 Short-Term Insurance qualification.
A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in the insurance industry is required, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
The Commercial Insure Adviser must demonstrate excellent administration, organization, and planning abilities.
They should be adept at multi-tasking and time management while maintaining a high level of reliability and adaptability.
A keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong client-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
