Commercial Graduate*10

We are looking to recruit ten Commercial Graduates to support the Commercial team by providing analysis and insights on initiatives and projects to deliver the expected outcomes and benefits. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Woodstock.
Responsibilities:To provide analysis on the viability and implementation of commercial initiatives to improve supply chain KPI's.To support the implementation of approved projects in line with standard project and chain management methodology within the agreed time, cost, and quality to optimise the supply chain.To support the development and training of new business processes and standard operating procedures to ensure new methods of work are clearly understood, implemented, and practised.To contribute to commercial project planning to ensure alignment with supply chain business goals and objectives.To collaborate with IT on system and reporting changes to ensure system efficiency and benefits for users.Qualifications and Experience:Degree/Btech - Bachelor of Mathematical Science, Bcom, Retail Business Management (Essential)Proficiency in e-mailSkills, Abilities and Job Related Knowledge:Numeracy and Analytical skillsConceptual thinkingStrong attention to detailGood presentation skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to follow rules and proceduresAbility to work on own initiativeAbility to work with people and in a teamDelivering Results and Meeting Customer ExpectationsAdhering to Principles and ValuesCoping with Pressures and SetbacksAnalysingPlanning and OrganisingFollowing Instructions and ProceduresApplicant should meet these requirements:Completed Degree/Btech in Bachelor of Mathematical Science, Bcom, Retail Business ManagementUnemployed and can commit 12 months to the programmeSouth African citizens between the ages of 18 and 29 years
