My client is a leading QSR company seeking a Commercial & Financial Analyst to drive data-driven decision making across multiple business functions.
You will be a dynamically creative, self-motivated individual with strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in technical software, and experience with business intelligence tools.
You will possess deep understanding of QSR industry trends and ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:Monitor performance indicators and collate all operational and business data analysisCreate, monitor and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly operational reportsProvide in-depth analysis to Management Team and Departments HeadsMaintain BI tool data management & dashboard developmentEvaluate processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROIAnalyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insightsDesign, analyse, test, document and support applicationsGenerate ad hoc, weekly, and monthly reports using analytical skillsContribute to data-driven decision-making processesUnderstand consumer behaviour, preferences, and trends within the QSR industryIdentify and source relevant data from various internal systems and external sourcesConduct competitor analysis to understand the market landscapeMonitor competitor activities and industry trendsAnalyse and map the customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improving the customer experienceProvide insights to enhance customer touch points and drive loyalty and retention
