For our Electrical Sector organization in South Africa, we are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager. Role overview:This role operates as a Business Partner focused on driving profitable growth together with South Africa Country Leadership team. The role is reporting directly into Finance Leadership and closely supports South Africa Country Sales Manager (Emerging Market Zone).
This role stands as part of the South Africa Leadership team. Being a senior finance partner in the country, you'll develop strong relationships with your key senior stakeholders, making your team a trusted partner to the business and supporting them to drive the success of the business through the delivery of a high quality commercial finance offering. You'll drive positive change and improvements ensuring a visible and regular presence, refining processes and schedules, introducing new ways of working and ultimately maximizing the 'value added' by the team.
