Commercial Finance Business Partner (Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA) - Great opportunity for a motivated ambitious individual to progress Near Eccles, West Manchester - Hybrid Working - Competitive salary and benefits Permanent The role: A private equity backed group of businesses going through considerable growth through acquisitions, who have an opportunity for a talented Finance Professional to join the team as a Finance Business Partner.
This role will play an important part in the future growth of the business. The key focus of this role will be analysis of profitability of different businesses within the group, identifying opportunities to further increase profitability and communication of financial information to help make key business decisions.
You will need to be a forward thinking, highly commercially aware Finance Professional.
Ideally you will be a Qualified Accountant with over 2 years post qualification experience, with good experience in analysis and finance business partnering.

Some core responsibilities include: The main link between the finance department, commercial managers, marketing and sales.Regularly update and analyse variances on key financial and operational KPI's relating to the commercial functions.Aid commercial functions with the budgeting process and provide insights and advice to managers on key variance to budgets.Analyse sales and marketing reports and suggest strategies for improving business performance.Analyse promotional activities to ensure the funds invested are achieving optimal results, per marketing strategies and delivering expected returns.Work closely with the commercial managers and other commercial team members in providing data-backed recommendations to the business to support effective decision making.Coordinate with finance team to streamline and channel efforts to improve financial performance of the organisation.Produce return analysis on areas built that shows when they are expected to generate profit and provide insights on what actions need to be taken to generate profit sooner than planned.Provide monthly reporting and narrative for board decks that provide insight into variances and business strategy around the commercial aspect of the business.Experience Required: Recent Finance Business Partner experience
