Requirements:LLB degreeB. Com / Finance degree will be advantageousLLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous4+ years post article experience specializing predominantly in non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters (Essential / Not negotiable)Strong contract drafting skillsSound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&As, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
