Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a detailed costing model for all tour packagesCollaborate with product managers, sales teams, and suppliers for updated informationEnsure that all costs are correctly allocatedMonitor the profitability of itineraries on an ongoing basisConduct variance analysis to compare actual costs against budgeted or standard costs and investigate any discrepanciesProvide detailed reports on the profitability of different itinerariesPrepare periodic financial reports for managementAssist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecastsSupport the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processesIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve the costing processImplement and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of costing dataWork with cross-functional teams to develop new pricingConduct special financial analyses and projects as requested by managementProvide financial insights and recommendations for new tour package development
