An international supplier of energy equipment based in Germiston is looking for Commercial and Contract Administrator PURPOSE Plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the legal interests of the organization, ensuring that its operations are conducted within the bounds of the law, and providing strategic legal advice to support business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Contracts Management Legal Compliance Risk Management Dispute Resolution Corporate Governance Legal Advice and Support Policy Development Due diligence & SHERQ QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED an appropriate LLB Degree A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a corporate construction/engineering environment. In-depth understanding of construction contracts such as NEC, FIDIC, GCC, EPC/EPCM, and IPP agreements. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of personal integrity, self-discipline, and a positive attitude . Ability to collaborate effectively with multifunctional departments/offices and diverse individuals. Deadline-driven, with meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to excel under pressure.
