Collections Agent: Vaf Portfolio

We are looking for an experienced Collections Agents who has worked on vehicle and asset recovery portfolios.
This is for a reputable law firm based in Pretoria East.
Minimum Requirements ·        Matric ·        Two years minimum experience collecting for Banks on the vehicle asset finance portfolio.
Both on PWO and early-stage books.
·        Excalibur program experience.
·        Willingness to work overtime.
Experience Required ·        Experience Collecting on Vehicle Asset portfolios.
·        Preference will be given to those with experience on the CACS system.
·        Experience on post write-off/off balance/shortfall accounts will be advantageous.
·        Proficient at handling both inbound and outbound calls.
·        Comfortable working on both manual and predictive dialler.
Skills Required ·        Seeking fast learning, hardworking, self-motivated candidate.
·        Excellent phone etiquette and fair drafting skills (for purposes of making proper notes and communicating with debtors).
·        Able to work under pressure.
·        Work with strict deadlines.
This salary comes with both a basic salary of between R7500- R8500 plus commission and benefits.
