Job Description HANGAR49 is looking for a skilled Cold Outreach Marketer to play a pivotal role in driving lead generation for our B2B operations.
The ideal candidate will excel in creating and managing personalized outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers and influencers within key industries.
You will leverage modern tools and data-driven strategies to build relationships, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to our sales pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities B2B Lead Generation Conduct research to identify target accounts, decision-makers, and key contacts within ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
Build and maintain a database of prospects, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
Outreach Strategy & Campaign Management Design and execute multi-channel cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
tailored to specific industries and personas.
Craft personalized, compelling messages that resonate with B2B audiences and address their pain points.
Develop and manage follow-up sequences to maximize engagement and response rates.
Collaboration & Alignment Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and alignment of messaging with sales objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage insights, content, and resources for effective outreach.
Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, response rates, and conversions.
A/B test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to continually optimize performance.
Provide detailed reports on outreach effectiveness and propose improvements.
Technology & Tools Use B2B lead generation tools like Expandi , Smartlead , Happierleads , and CRM platforms to streamline and scale outreach efforts.
Stay informed on new tools and trends in the cold outreach and lead generation space Key Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or a similar role, specifically in a B2B environment.
Proven success in engaging senior-level decision-makers (e.g., C-level, VP, Directors).
Skills: Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft personalized, impactful messages.
Proficiency in using outreach platforms, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics tools.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
Knowledge: Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and buyer's journey.
Familiarity with ICP development, segmentation, and persona-based marketing.
Personal Attributes: Results-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking skills.
A proactive and creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS or technology-driven industries.
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Prior use of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Lemlist , or Apollo.io .
