Key Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, dressings, and plated desserts, ensuring presentation and taste align with our luxury standards.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in the cold kitchen area.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all dishes.
Manage cold kitchen inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed to maintain an efficient and well-stocked workspace.
Contribute ideas to seasonal menu updates and special event menus, emphasizing fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Cold Kitchen Chef in a high-end hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of cold dish preparation, presentation, and storage.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
A passion for fresh ingredients and creative plating.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
