Cold Chain Manager (Outbound) Ref: 3650

Key responsibilities include managing the daily operations of cold storage, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and administrative protocols, overseeing stock quality management, and collaborating with the quality team.
The role also involves managing dispatch schedules and leading a team of logistics personnel. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (NQF 6), with at least three years of experience in cold storage management, preferably in the agricultural industry.
Strong management, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential.
