The role will be responsible for maturing the organisation's process excellence, innovation, delivery standards, and transformation initiatives to integrate process management into the core business strategy, enhancing efficiency, customer experience, and operational agility.
You will collaborate with senior leadership to providing strategic oversight and governance of business processes through a Centre of Excellence (CoE), leading large-scale transformation efforts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that all processes & initiatives align with the organisation's long-term goals and regulatory requirements.
