Minimum requirements:Minimum experience - 2 Years in the hospitality/retail industry.Good communication skillsMust be punctual and well spokenAbility to work shiftsMust Reside withing Cape TownAbility to speak multiple languages (Beneficial)Must be able to work well with customers and assist with assist with customer queries.Duties:Assisting with counter care/cleanupAssisting back staff with materials and ordersHandling cash and card transactions with efficiencyGeneral knowledge of POS systemsTo be flexible in positions and assist staff where needed.Interpersonal skills:Must be well spokenFriendly demeanor/personalityApproachable and upbeatHighly self-assuredAnalytical thinker and adept problem-solverCapable of handling pressure with easeDriven by ambition and committed to achieving successInherently motivatedDevoted and steadfast to the company, colleagues, and clientsGenuine and sincere, with a good sense of humour
