Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
To execute on all change implementation plans across the province to drive adoption thereof, in line with broader change management plans.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications National Diploma (NQF6 or Higher in Business Commerce/Project Management)Experience Required 3-4 years experience in project environment (i.e. planning, administration).Leadership experience in a frontline (i.e. Call Centre environment/ Branch) where the demand for leading change and influencing culture is high.Experience in a service and service recovery as well as revenue recovery generation environment. Familiar with highly regulated environment with reliance on processes and adherence.
