Co -Ordinator - Pipeline

PURPOSE:
Ensure all orders are packed and plated correctly as per order and that customers receive their orders on time as per Pedros Standard Operating Procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Able to pack and plate orders correctlyMaintain speed of serviceGreat Customer ServiceMaintain FOH stock according to Co-ordinator SOPMaintain food safety standards according to SOPMaintain FOH Hygiene and Cleanliness standards according to Co-ordinator SOPAccuracy of orders packed for internal/ external delivery servicesREQUIREMENTS: National Senior Certificate (preferred)Well-developed Literacy skillsWell-developed Numeracy skillsOne year's experience as a Co-Ordinator (QSR environment preferred)
