A fast paced high end restaurant group is looking for experienced kitchen co-ordinator to run the pass in extremely busy kitchens, they are required to have the following experience.
Mininum 5 years Kitchen experience
Stock counting and stock Management
Stock Ordering
Staff Management
Running the hot pass
Staff Training
Recipes and quality control
Due Dilligence
Staff planning
