Pick n Pay Supermarkets (Western Cape) is looking for an experienced Deli Co-Ordinator in the Fresh department.
The Co-Ordinator will guide and support Deli Managers to maximize sales and promotions while driving activities that improve the customer offering and in-store experience.
The incumbent needs to drive production planning and margin analysis in addition to developing and implementing action plans to achieve the budgets.
Minimum Requirements: Matric Grade 12Minimum of 5 years experience in Deli ManagementIn-depth knowledge of Deli in-store processes and proceduresExcellent understanding of Deli in-store operationsRetail Management Diploma (advantageous)Valid SA IDValid Driver's LicenseCompetencies: Leading TeamsCustomer CentricJudgement and Decision MakingInnovationSound AdministrationBuilding RelationshipsSales and ProfitabilityProblem SolvingResponsibilities include:
