TOOL & DIE MAKER with CNC Milling Operator experience* CNC Milling Operator on 3 & 4th Axis Machines* MUST be Qualified & Toolmaker* Minimum 5-7 Years' experience* FANUC CONTROLS* Experienced at Deburring* CAD/CAM Skills - ideally MASTERCAM, SOLIDCAM OR EDGECAM* Understand Technical Drawings/Specifications* Select & Install Tooling* Set Machine Parameters* Start & Operate the Machine* Monitor the Machining Process* Make necessary Adjustment to Machine Setting or Tooling to maintain Product Quality and Minimise waste* Inspect Finished Parts* Maintain Quality Standards* Clean Criminal record - will be verified
