PLEASE NOTE: Position based in Mandeni North of StangerPlease consider the location before applyingCompiling the production plan for each operatorPrepare drawings as requestedUtilize both manual drawings as well as computer based applications such as AutoCADOnce drawings are completed and authorized, it needs to be sent to CNC operators for production purposesFor any alterations that needs to occur, draftsman makes changes to the renderingsPartially responsible in the orientations of new staffManage employees and all payroll administrationPrepare all stock for stock takeComply with all company safety procedures and regulationsAttending courses or seminars required by the companyManage employees and complete weekly payroll requirementsQualifications:-MatricAutoCAD qualificationsCertificate or Diploma in Production ManagementExperience:-IT support expererienceExcellent IT skills; specifically Microsoft Word,AdvExcel & powerpointStrong interpersonal skills and relationship managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills are essential3 year expereince.Skills/Attributes/Knowledge:-Good communication skills.Planning and controlSelf-motivationManaging the customer relationshipTeam working and personal impact
