You will work within a wide range of industries in the Private and/ or Public sectors covering various aspects of asset management. You will be either dedicated to a single client based at the client's site or work from the Pragma head office servicing multile clients. You will will be exposed to industry best practices for asset management and have access to extensive training material, to help you be the best you can be as a physical asset management specialist. Minimum Requirements Relevant Tertiary Qualification | B Eng/ BScEng Degree, B Tech Degree or N Diploma (Industrial/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical) 2+ year post qualification experience Proven knowledge of Asset, Maintenance and Reliability management Advanced MS Excel application and knowledge Clear understanding of Project Management methodology (whether applied or completed in a formal course) Proven experience with CMMS/EAMS and BI tools (On Key, SAP PM, Qlick) License and own vehicle to travel to client sites Duties & Responsibilities Identify gaps in client asset management business processes and develop solution to bridge the gaps Identify opportunities for improving your client's asset management system and utilise a structured problem solving methodology to implement solutions Extract, analyse and compose detailed monthly/weekly reports in support of client maintenance operation. Generate and support clients with work orders for preventative and statutory work Deliver ad-hoc client support, training and projects Implement and configure system changes in On Key/CMMS for assets (new/redundant assets, tasks, staff, intervals, etc.) Assist unit manager with administrative tasks aligned with business unit needs Drive business processes for maintenance management and work management Support process and equipment reliability of plants through analysis, reporting and developing KPI's Support clients during audits and implement solutions to satisfy audit requirements/standards Expand business by add on selling of services available Implement and execute the clients asset management plan
