With 6 state-of-the-art meeting rooms accommodating up to 350 delegates, we provide comprehensive services for both leisure and business travellers.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs the Cluster Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the reservations team to ensure exceptional service delivery and optimise occupancy rates.
Key responsibilities will include:Overseeing reservations operations, including booking processes, group reservations, and room allocationEnsuring guest inquiries and bookings are handled efficiently and courteouslyAnalysing occupancy trends and collaborating with revenue management to maximise room revenueTraining, mentoring, and managing the reservations team to achieve performance goalsLiaising with front office and sales departments to ensure a seamless guest experienceAssisting with VIP and special request arrangementsMaintaining accurate records of guest preferences and booking detailsYou will demonstrate a proactive approach to service and an ability to foster an engaging and positive team environment.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, along with:Strong leadership and organisational skills with a focus on guest satisfactionExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and familiarity with reservations softwareStrong analytical skills and attention to detailA customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing memorable guest experiencesAdditional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.What is in it for you:Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor worldwide.Learning programs through our Academies.Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities
