BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Will graduate in 2024 or 2025
- Bachelor's and above degree in Information Management/Information Science/Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as DNS, HTTP, TLS, TCP and related troubleshooting tools
- Understanding of Content Delivery Networks (CDN) OR Media Streaming Services
- Experience with Linux system administration
- Experience with web-based applications and REST API services
- Good communication skills in Mandarin, and intermediate English proficiency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of AWS and Cloud Computing concepts
Knowledge of large-scale storage architectures and backup/DR strategies
Experience operating and troubleshooting email services and SMTP
Understanding of streaming video (H264, MP4, WEBM, HLS, Smooth Streaming)
Customer facing experience
