Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Solution Architect to join our Clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet our clients' needs while ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cloud strategy and facilitate the adoption of cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, assess needs, and recommend cloud solutions that align with business objectives.Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for cloud architecture, including governance, security, and compliance.Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architecture, design decisions, and processes.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, and recommend improvements to enhance service offerings.Training and Mentorship: Mentor junior team members and provide training on cloud technologies and architectural best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.7+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on cloud architecture and solution design.Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and associated services.Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
