Cloud Project Manager

Job Overview:
The Cloud Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing cloud-related projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud project management and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets for cloud projects.
Lead project teams and coordinate the efforts of internal resources, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring timely resolution.
Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management through regular reports and meetings.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and retrospectives.
Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
Close projects effectively, ensuring all deliverables are completed and stakeholders are satisfied.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT or cloud projects.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and services, with experience managing cloud migration or implementation projects.
Excellent organizational skills.
