As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer you will manage and support our Cloud infrastructure environments with a focus on Microsoft Azure Public Cloud, supporting critical business applications and services across the group within these. We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills to build high-level relationships with a range of internal and external customers to provide value-added and personalised consultancy.
Everyday you will... Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of Azure cloud environments.Maintain cost-effective cloud solutions by monitoring and optimising Azure resource usageImplement and enforce security policies to protect cloud systems and maintain compliance with organisational standards.Achieve high operational efficiency through automation and best practices in deployment and monitoring.Resolve infrastructure issues within established SLAs to minimize downtime and impactPropose and implement innovative solutions to enhance cloud performance and functionalityActively contribute to team efforts, providing documentation and sharing expertise across teamsDeliver cloud migration, system upgrades, or new Azure-based solutions on time and within budgetWhat's in it for you?
