We are on the lookout for a proactive and energetic Cloud Accountant to enhance our team in the lively Pretoria East office.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOwn the full accounting spectrum: from ledger reconciliations, trial balances, and management statements to asset depreciation.Master cash flow management, including cashbook, debtors, creditors, and detailed revenue analysis.Lead in tax return preparations and identify cost-saving strategies for both individual and business clients.Conduct meticulous bank reconciliations and maintain impeccable financial records.Engage directly with SARS, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all transactions.Utilize cutting-edge accounting software to keep client data precise and up-to-date.Manage payroll processes and maintain the fixed asset register with precision.Champion the submission of statutory forms (EMP201, VAT201, EMP501, IRP5) and oversee the financial reporting to management.Desired Experience & QualificationsWhat You'll Need:A BCom in Accounting/Finance complemented by 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience.A track record of managing financial processes for 30 to 50 clients.Who You Are:A passionate accountant and tax enthusiast who's always eager to learn and grow.A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.Proficient in Xero and other cloud accounting software (Hubdoc, SageOne, Dext, PaySpace, Simplepay) with a knack for DraftWorx.A communication maestro with excellent time management skills and proficiency in MS Office.Interested?Embark on a career-defining journey where your passion for accounting can make a tangible difference every day.
