About ICON's IEB Solutions Team: ICON's global Early Clinical & Bioanalytical (IEB) Solutions team includes six clinical research units and three bioanalytical labs, in addition to dedicated early phase projects and data & scientific services. IEB specializes in delivering solution-focused support for our customers' Phase I-IIa healthy and early patient trials.
The Role: The Clinical Trial Manager in IEB is responsible for the delivery of all clinical aspects of the study. The CTM oversees the clinical portion of the budget, develops monitoring plans & tools, trains CRAs, drives enrollment and study start-up activities, reviews trip reports, implements corrective and preventative action plans, liaises with the Sponsor, vendors & cross-functional teams, identifies & mitigates risks that may impact clinical delivery, and provides reporting & metrics on all clinical activities. The CTM will also participate in Sponsor, Investigator, and bid defense meetings.
You Will Need: Degree in a Life Sciences or related disciplineDemonstrated ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a studySubject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic areaPrior monitoring experience is preferredUnderstanding of early phase studiesAbility to travel up to 20%Fluency in English - both written & verbal
