Clinical Team Lead (Professional Nurse) - Northern Cape

Our Client in the medical industry is seeking a Clinical Team Lead (Professional Nurse) to join their dynamic team.
This role will be responsible to lead and manage the clinical services and operations within a project in the Nothern Cape.
The Clinical Team Lead will ensure that high-quality healthcare services are delivered in line with company objectives, focusing on enhancing client outcomes, ensuring compliance with clinical governance, and driving continuous improvements in healthcare delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Qualification · Registered Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
· Qualification in Clinical Nursing or Public Health will be advantageous.
Experience · Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
· Proven experience in managing mobile health clinics or similar outreach services.
· Experience in HIV/TB screening programs and public health initiatives.
Job Knowledge · In-depth knowledge of clinical governance, infection control, and emergency preparedness.
· Familiarity with case management systems and care plan audits.
· Understanding of the Southern African healthcare landscape, particularly in HIV, TB, and Womens Health.
