Job Summary: To provide clinical pharmaceutical services at hospital facilities in accordance with policies, standards and regulations.Job Requirements:Lead assigned patient service lines and therapeutic programmes in collaboration with Group Clinical.B. Pharm and / MSc (Med) Pharm, or M. Pharm (Clinical Pharmacy).5 – 7 years' experience in a clinical pharmacy environment.Hospital experience is non-negotiable.Relevant operational experience and application of clinical pharmacy masters in a hospital setting (non negotiable).
