Clinical Pharmacist

CLINICAL PHARMACIST KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASProvide Clinical Pharmacy Services to the hospital.Initiate and implement the Antimicrobial Stewardship Programme and enhance the appropriate utilisation of antimicrobials.Provide information related to pharmaceutical utilisation, trends, strategies and medication to the hospital.Mitigate and support the management of pharmaceutical risks in the hospital.Ensure accurate dispensing where applicable.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Mpharm or relevant postgraduate degreeDesired Education: Antimicrobial Stewardship course, Infection Prevention and Control related course2 years experience as a Ward or Clinical PharmacistDesired experience: Experience in managing an Antimicrobial Stewardship Programme
