The firm is seeking clinical negligence solicitors to join their offices across the North West and West Yorkshire.Key Responsibilities:Managing your individual caseload of Clinical Negligence cases from inception to trial.Collaborating with Team Leaders and the Head of Department to strategize and plan case tactics.Identifying and progressing cases that are ready for Letter of Claim (LOC), settlement, or other relevant services.Handling your caseload in a proactive and commercially astute manner.Coordinating case progression with internal and external stakeholders.Drafting legal documents, including LOCs and letters of instruction.Negotiating settlements and initiating proceedings when necessary.Providing guidance and support to the team on technical issues, with the assistance of the Team Leader or Head of Department.Applications are welcomed from Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a range of experience, including NQ solicitors up to those with 5 years PQE.
