Position DescriptionA highly regarded and successful law firm based in Greater Manchester/Cheshire is seeking an experienced Clinical/Medical Negligence Solicitor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in handling a range of Medical Negligence matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters.Conducting thorough investigations into medical negligence claims.Liaising with clients, medical professionals, and other relevant parties.Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients.Drafting legal documents, including claim forms, witness statements, and settlement agreements.Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court, if necessary.Keeping up to date with legal developments and changes in medical negligence law.Requirements:
