Clinical Head: Icon Managed Care

Icon Oncology is a South African-based healthcare company offering oncology-related clinical, administrative, infrastructure, operational, and strategic business management services to aligned oncology practices across South Africa.
Minimum Requirements: Medical degree with a valid license to practice in South Africa.
At least 10 years of work experience in healthcare.
Oncology related qualification and experience will be advantageous.
MBA (or similar) and healthcare management experience will be advantageous.
Proven leadership experience in managing clinical teams and operations.
Expert knowledge of the South African healthcare landscape, including the funding and regulatory environment.
While Icon offers hybrid/remote working, the candidate should be willing to be based at the Icon Head Office in Cape Town.
A moderate amount of local travel may be required.
