Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse and MidwifeHave a diploma or degree in Nursing EducationMinimum of 3 years post graduate experienceA minimum of 2 years Private Hospital work experienceICU experience Intermediate computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Email)drivers license and own transport essentialComprehensive clinical nursing experience and clinical credibilityCapacity to plan and organise schedules and to maintain standards in work team, monitoring conduct and performanceDeveloping and maintaining sound relationships with the clientsEngaging with Nurse Managers and Unit Managers, to identify staff training requirements and assist with proactive solutionsAttending appropriate meetings at the clinical interface, monitoring trends and record keeping,Assisting with the upkeep of the data baseOn going personal development ensuring that knowledge and skills are current to the clinical environmentExperience in performance management and the disciplinary process and understanding of Basic Conditions of Employment Act
