Clinic Manager / Head Nurse - Non Operational - Saudi Arabia As International SOS' footprint continues to grow in Saudi Arabia, continuous opportunities arise for nurses with Clinic Manager experience. This is not an operational role. International SOS seeks nurses with Clinic Manager experience who also hold an additional degree in management or administration and are interested in joining their Saudi Arabia team. Candidates must be willing to participate in a pre-placement interview for future opportunities. Positions are mostly based on a rotational basis of 8 weeks on duty followed by 4 weeks off duty, though some may be offered on a residential basis. Economy flights, accommodation, meals, and all necessary remote site insurances are provided. Overall Purpose of the Job: Provide leadership, management, and coordination of support for all Clinic activities in accordance with the strategic and business objectives of the location and group. Ensure delivery of competent professional and operational services through the development of strong medical and service operations teams while effectively managing facility assets, resources, and equipment according to International SOS standards. Ensure that the Clinic is a customer-focused, continuous quality improvement, cost-efficient, and profitable business unit. Qualifications and Experience: Registered to practice medicine in the country of origin/residence. Minimum 5 years in the healthcare system with at least 2 years working as a Clinic Manager/Head Nurse. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing highly desirable. Must hold an additional Degree in Management/Administration or similar. Must hold a valid ACLS (AHA) or be prepared to obtain at own cost if selected. Must hold a valid ITLS or PHTLS or be prepared to obtain at own cost if selected. Previous remote site experience highly desirable. English is essential (written & verbal).
