Advance Your Career at Primestin Care Join us on the ground floor of an innovative Direct Primary Care practice in the beautiful St. George, Utah area. We are seeking an experienced Clinic Director to organize and oversee the operations of Primestin Care and ensure the facility has the best procedures to care for their patients. They'll work closely with providers and admin staff coordinate care for patients, provide white glove concierge services, and align operations to meet business goals and patient needs. In this role, you'll leverage your management and mentoring skills to build an admin team, inspire with your ability to communicate and lead, and aim to maximize the DPC's performance and reach. Responsibilities: Design and implement business strategies to meet clinical and business goals. Organize and run all patient care or administrative operations and programs. Assign cases and create schedules for all employees. Act as a connection between patients, their families and additional care staff. Improve the quality of the clinic by monitoring and identifying areas for improvement in patient volumes, quality of care, and staff performance. Identify and provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development. Hiring staff to meet demands Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide feedback on their performance Oversee the clinic's compliance with legal policies, state guidelines, and federal regulations and standards Ensure all medical records and other hospital documentation are current and within state and federal laws Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll Requirements: Bachelor's degree in health and human services, healthcare administration or related field preferred. Master's degree in healthcare administration or MBA in healthcare management preferred. Proven knowledge of clinical standards and regulations to operate a compliant clinic. Experience in clinical supervision and program management. Demonstrate compassion for patients, providers, and staff alike. Excellence in communication, being able to champion a culture that reflects your own ability to communicate with stakeholders, patients, and your team. Strong understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and making decisions based on that information. Aptitude in resolving issues and conflicts, both in individual and team settings. Lead by example. Primestin Care Employee Benefits: Compensation:$80,000 - $100,000 salary range, dependent on experience, with opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses. 14 paid holidays plus 2 weeks of paid time off in the first year, then 3 weeks of paid time off in the second year.
