Main Purpose of the Role: To work across the companies various sectors and to support short-term management consulting and longer-term project implementation assignments.
The engagement manager will manage multiple streams of work within projects through their project teams and be responsible for anticipating and mitigating risks while ensuring delivery.
One would describe you as possessing strong management or strategy consulting experience and skills, combined with having exposure and demonstrable interest and multi-perspective views on international development around issues related to climate change, nature-based solutions and natural infrastructure.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Defining client problems concisely and developing hypotheses to identify solutionsPerforming quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution. This includes:Quantitative research methodologies include data mining, creating financial models, and performing quantitative and fundamental statistical analysis.
